Warranty

• All our disposable vape devices are manufactured under strict quality control and come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications

  • Issues arising from filling, refilling, or use with unapproved oils

Return Policy

• Due to the nature of vaping products, we do not accept returns of used items.

• For products shipped from our USA, UK, or EU warehouses, returns of unopened items may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to prior approval.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

• To process your claim, provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number.

• Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
