OEM customization is available upon request, with agreed Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are in USD, unless otherwise stated.
We accept secure payments via Bank Transfer, PayPal and Western Union (BTC, etc.).
Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from our USA, UK, and EU warehouses for faster delivery. Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days within those regions.
For larger bulk orders, we may arrange shipment directly from our Shenzhen, China factory.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or customs clearance.

5. Returns and Replacements

Due to the nature of vaping products, we do not accept returns for used items.
If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange replacements or other solutions.
